Conditions of sale and terms of trade

Due to the nature of our business, we respectfully ask customers (except Gov./Schools/Charities) for payment, prior to commencement of order.

We do not release goods until full payment is received- unless with (agreed in writing) special instructions.

1. All prices quoted are exclusive of Carriage and VAT. (please contact us for an exact price)

2. Please send cheques (made payable to: 'HandwavingFlags') to:

3. Prices assume useable, good quality artwork supplied by customer, although our studio can produce artwork if requested, at an additional cost.

4. We make every effort to deliver our products on time, but occasionally due to customers being late in supplying artwork, we may have to add the same time onto the delivery date.

We quote a minimum of 5 working days turnaround for each project - though in some cases this is slightly flexible.

Consequently, Urgent / shorter deadlines (if achievable) will be approved by us in writing prior to our commencing work on the order.

So please try and adhere to production schedules and have artwork ready!.

5. Please send a Purchase Order detailing Quantity, Delivery Date, Flag size, Printed colours etc.

This will help fast track you project through our company and avoid any delays etc.
